GallowayNightSky.co.uk & GallowayNightSky.com reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement, listing or other content (collectively "advertising" or "advertisement") for any reason.

Prior Approval Of Your Advertising Is Required: All advertising must be approved prior to purchase and placement on this web site. When your advertising is approved, you will be notified of the payment options.

Your ad must be written in English.

All payments must be received prior to placement of your advertisement on our web site.

Any advertising period longer than 365 days must be paid in advance.

The "advertising period" refers to the period that is established when you provide payment for your ad and begins when your ad is placed on our web site. For example, if payment for your advertising is received on Feb 26th and your ad is posted to our web site on the 28th of Feb, then your ad will run through the 28th of Feb the following year.
 

You than have two options for the following year.

You can renew your add or cancel your add with us.

Content of ads is at the discretion of

GallowayNightSky.co.uk & GallowayNightSky.com.

We accept professionally written business and trade related ads only.

Your advertising will not be accepted if the target web site contains adult, offensive or copyright infringing material. If this type of content is discovered by Galloway Night Sky or reported during your advertising period, your ad will be removed and no refund will be provided for the remainder of that advertising period. And your details given to police.

By submitting your payment to us you are acknowledging that you have read these advertising terms of service and agree to those terms in order to advertise on this website.

There are No Refunds for advertising once the advertisement has been published to the web site.

These Terms and Conditions super cede any terms contained in any Insertion Orders, even if signed by a representative of
